Our Cellar Door is open Tuesday to Friday 09:00 until 16:00 and Saturday 11:00 until 15:00 showcasing our whole range of wines and spirits, with purchase available for at home enjoyment or by the glass and bottle for drinking on site.
We also run Tour & Tastings throughout the summer, allowing you to gain a deeper insight into the workings of us here at Poulton Hill Vineyard. Our onsite Bar, the Bulari Bar, will reopen on Friday 1st May and run until the end of September, every Friday evening from 5pm to 9pm, offering our Poulton Hill wine and bubbles, local beers, and soft drinks, with a new guest caterer each week serving up their delicious cuisine. The vineyard is the perfect place to spend the summer evenings.
The Cellar Door at Poulton Hill Vineyard is open Tuesday to Friday 09:00 until 16:00 and Saturdays 11:00 until 15:00 and it is the perfect place to pop in and see everything we have to offer here from our vineyard, with staff on hand to tell you everything you need to know about the wines. Our single estate range includes 1 Sparkling White and 1 Sparkling Rose wine, 4 Still White wines, 1 Still Rose wine and 1 Still Red wine, with our left-over grapes being used to create our Cotswold Brandy and Vermouth, and our hedgerow sloes being used to create our Sloe de Vie. Wine is available for purchase to take home and enjoy, with the fridge being fully stocked for those who fancy a glass or bottle to drink here at the vineyard, with all our spirits being open and available for tasting, all of which are available at reduced Cellar Door prices.
We also offer Tour and Tastings throughout the summer, giving you the full Poulton Hill experience, visiting the Estate and taking one of our wine tours gives you a rare opportunity to not only taste our unique wines and spirits, but also to enjoy the countryside they were grown in. Join us for a relaxed tour around our vineyard, where we will take you through our history and the growing of grapes before you then head into our Cellar Door for a guided tasting. Here you will sample our Sparkling Bulari white wine and three of our still wines as well as learning about our medal winning spirits. All dates are available to book on our website with private bookings and any enquiries able to be made via email or over the phone.
Our onsite bar, aptly named the Bulari Bar, runs every Friday 5pm until 9pm from the beginning of May until the end of September, serving our wines, local beers and soft drinks, featuring a new guest caterer each week. With completely free admission, no need to book, plenty of parking and children and dogs on leads welcome, what better way to spend the summer evenings than surrounded by the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Seating is available both in the vines and in our marquee, so we are ready whatever the weather.

We also have The Long Room available for private or corporate hire; an exquisite space nestled within the wing of a magnificent Cotswold country house. The venue can accommodate up to 80 guests with its picturesque courtyard and stunning gardens, the Long Room offers a captivating background for any occasion. Fully equipped with a small kitchen and bar area, two cozy fireplaces and ample parking, the Long Room offers a truly unique and memorable setting for your next event, situated here at Poulton Hill Vineyard.

Join us for a relaxed tour around the vineyard where you will learn all about our season and the history of the vineyard before heading back up to the Cellar Door for a tutored tasting of four of our award-winning wines. You can now enjoy a vineyard picnic following the Tour & Tasting which includes a range of local charcuterie and accompaniments. More information and booking details can be found on our website.
TABU Supper Club – Saturday 13th June
We have James from Chef Culture joining us here at the vineyard to serve up a delicious fire & feast inspired menu to be enjoyed alongside our wines. The menu can be viewed on our website as well as booking information.
Summer Shop & Sip – Saturday 20th June 12pm until 6pm
Join us for a relaxed afternoon/ evening of shopping here at the vineyard. We have a range of small, local businesses joining us, our onsite bar will be open, with the Cotswold Chippy serving their delicious fish and chips throughout. Tickets are free to book and available on our website, with the benefit of a free raffle ticket included with prebooked tickets. Plenty of parking, family friendly & dogs on leads welcome. The bar will remain open until 9pm this evening for those who would care to stay later or pop along for a drink later.
RIAT – Friday 17th to Sunday 19th July
Experience the Royal International Air Tattoo from the vineyard. Join us to watch the RIAT action from the vineyard.
